Born in Caracas, Venezuela from Italian parents, Sevy Di Cione was raised and has lived in several different cities and countries and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.  He started his real estate career back in 2002, when he was first licensed in Los Angeles, CA , a city he called home for 17 years.  He is also a licensed broker in Italy, where he lived 6 years, and in North Carolina, where he currently lives with his beautiful wife and his 2 precious children.  Living in the Triangle, Sevy likes to help homeowners get the best value for their investment by listing their properties with competitive, targeted strategies.  He also likes working with homebuyers by utilizing all his negotiating abilities to try and secure the property of his clients' dreams.  Sevy has a special touch when working with first time homebuyers, as he patiently walks them through the entire process.
