Nikki Rice has been a Realtor who serves people in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill & Pittsboro areas. She has worked in new homes and senior housing and specializes in working with seniors and walkable neighborhoods as well as all residential real estate.

She educates and builds community with her Triangle Mature Moves initiative.

"I lived overseas several times in another life. We sponsored new families when they got their assignments. We corresponded prior to them moving to the new country, picked them up at the airport, showed them around, introduced them to the culture and to people. I do the same thing now when people are moving to the area. I give them maps, restaurant guides, things to do in the area. They will first choose a community and then a home. Often the community is not the one they originally planned. It is my job to educate and the client's job to decide. Most of my clients become lifelong friends."

In her spare time, Nikki loves to travel, garden, run and play with her favorite people - her four grandchildren.
