Michael Cunningham has been with Hart & Olive since the beginning, starting as the Marketing Director, and now serves as the Director of Operations. Having worked in real estate in Washington DC before moving to North Carolina in 2015, he's seen a thing or two in this crazy industry. A doting father of two, Michael had successful careers in radio, and television, before the shift to real estate and today provides operational and marketing support for all the rockstars at Hart & Olive.

 

A self-avowed sci-fi nerd as well as a devoted husband, Michael is a double Tar Heel, graduating with a Bachelor in Contemporary European Studies and a Masters in Political Science from UNC. A resident of Briar Chapel in Chapel Hill, Michael is an active member of the community, serving on his neighborhood's HOA Board since 2021. 

When not helping his neighbors, you can find him hanging our with his amazing daughters, or simply reading a history book to himself (that's if there isn't a Star Trek or Dr. Who marathon on).
